the Catholic confession ...
Curious, these are the stages that my thinking has had on the confession (Catholic, of course because of my background) that is confess to a priest He will hear your sins and give you advice and also you a penance (a certain amount of prayers) so that your sins are forgiven.
So these were the steps he has taken my mind about the confession
1. When I was young and believed in it because my parents and my school (religious) and they told me, did not question anything and just confessed to a fear of dying in sin.
2. As I grew older and reflected on this and concluded that it was one taken from hair "who was the father (priest) to determine how you should pray" that someone had to tell my sins, because God knows I hunt everything So I apologize to her and the priest is superfluous "
3. Not long ago made verses time derivative of the last holy week concluded that the confession is an act of courage and spirit healing I realize that the fear of confession came from the shame of exposing with a "strange" but I also realized you really feel different when you finish it. This was the story.
turns out my mother for some time (half year or so) has been striving to attend Mass and sometimes pulls us (literally) to accompany you know with a gentle "son go to church a while? - No I have no breast win - it is an order I'm not asking "So anybody with access.
Well the joke is that this could not miss the Easter Mass and like my mom gives much importance as I do not claim much further is whole coexistence chida given after mass the weather is cool and buy us out a "chuchuluco" (read as candy) then it no longer had much to complain. Wonder good thing is that I asked God a lot and strangely before he had the intention or possibility rather go see my brother decided to confess not yet convinced that reason but I did and I confessed to Father among other things that he once had vowed to God in exchange for a favor (which I was given) to quit smoking and could not fulfill the great father and very old and very tired voice advised me and encouraged me to cool to swear and stick back I also spoke of the importance that all this leave the service generates.
etc. So I decided to turn down the cigarette promise, promise I could not quit because he had failed and decided to promise something easier then promised to only smoke two cigarettes a day and considering that 10 to 13 smoked cigarettes I think this cool the effort. Then I decided to offer this sacrifice to God on behalf of that made me go see Brody and I fulfilled my! AND MADE ME
Well this trip was! and some people still believe that my sacrifice or offering to quit would have happened, but I do not believe me spent many "coincidences" that made me know that this was real. Well
derived from this I began to think about confession and I realized that it is a very positive therapy sharing your faults or errors (who complain) or as they say your "demons" with someone else , is very healthy, well is not only someone else is someone you could say "alien or unusual "is not easy. Confess actually something we are eating and what we are sorry and ashamed to not know someone who is very difficult. Clear whether the fact was simply admit we could do with your partner, friends, our parents etc. But that does not free you both, believe me, and sure many of you reading this will have much time not honestly confess that the "show naked in front of another person" is very healthy and hard but the hardest thing to appreciate it most .
By today so I BELIEVE IN THE CONFESSION by convenience, not because I believe that we are forgiven by divine work but I think WE REALLY honest confession FREE
